Drop Down Menu Using Variable & Attributes gives error and won’t show up

    Hi Everyone

    I have created attributes and variable by following wo commerce manual (both PDF and Video) but the drop down menu will not work. When I brows my web page and enter the page with the product it firsty gives and error with option of “ok”, when you scroll down to the cart the drop down menu doesn’t work and there is no cart…

    I contacted PetaPixel and they have been very helpful, they helped me update everything to the latest version in believe that it will solve my problem, unfortunately it didn’t…

    Note that the error -when browsing my web page- has changed from “sorry, no products matched your selection. Please Choose a different combination” to “no product matched your selection. Please choose a different combination”

    My word press theme is Lens and I’m using Safari on an MacBook Running OS X 10.11.6, hosting my web page at Blue Host – if this makes any difference.

    Very thankful for any help – this does my head in !! 😛

    In the Attributes tab, “Visible on the product page” must be checked.

    After checking “Visible on product page”, did you delete the variations and remake them?

    The next steps to debug this problem would be to deactivate all other plugins and switch to the default theme. Does it work now? If so, put the theme and plugins back one-by-one and test to identify what’s causing the problem.

    Thank you soooo much Lorro I was going mad !! deleting everything and starting from scratch helped, its finally working !! yay 🙂
