# Dropbox API: cURL error 28

 * Hi, I’m having trouble with backups on several different sites (differerent hosts).
   All have the **Dropbox API: cURL error 28** Operation timed out after 60001 milliseconds
   with 0 bytes received.
 * ERROR: Step aborted: too many attempts!
   Job has ended with errors in 1087 seconds.
   You must resolve the errors for correct execution.
 * No backup is uploaded to dropbox.
 * How to solve this?
