 * I just took over a client’s WP site that another admin was handling. It looks
   like the previous admin had his business Dropbox as the backup location. I’m
   attempting to change that to the client’s Dropbox account. But when I click “
   authenticate,” I get this message: Dropbox/Curl error: invalid_request
   Not sure
   what I’m missing or how to fix it.

 * Hi,
 * Can you please try to Wipe settings from UpdraftPlus > Advanced tools > Wipe
   settings, Click Wipe settings button. Then re-setup your Dropbox remote storage.
 * Regards,

 * Thanks Bryle! I just wiped the setting and still got the same error message.

 * Hi,
 * Thanks for trying that. The “invalid_request” error usually means the site is
   still trying to use the old Dropbox link or something in the browser session
   is interfering. Please make sure you are logged out of Dropbox in your browser
   before starting the authentication, then clear your browser cache or try again
   in a private/incognito window. After that, go to UpdraftPlus > Settings > Choose
   your remote storage > Dropbox, click “Authenticate with Dropbox,” and log in
   with the client’s Dropbox account. If the error continues, please check if there
   is a firewall, security plugin, or content blocker on the site that may be blocking
   the connection.
 * Kind Regards,
   Bryle

 * Appreciate the help, but still didn’t work. Just deleted Updraft and found another
   backup plugin.
 * Thanks!
