# Dropbox Authentication

    I’m seeing a problem on a client site trying to authenticate 
   Dropbox.
 * Actually it doesn’t get that far. Instead of going to dropbox to authenticate
   when the button is pressed, it simply returns to the backwpup screen showing “
   Job ‘abc123 weekly files backup’ changes saved.” in the yellow message box.
 * This works fine on other sites using the same browser, and could be a server (
   godaddy) or plugin conflict. I’ve been going through one by one and disabling
   them, with now change yet.
 * I’m wondering if there’s anything else to check given these clues.
