    I was unable to restore anything using the UpdraftPlus restore option. I got the Dropbox: Could not resolve host:content.dropboxapi.com error listed multiple times on the restoration page and I was only trying to restore the plugins. I have not seen any errors when creating backups so I don’t know where to start in order to resolve this. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    Can you please try to re-authenticate your Dropbox storage? This can be done in the “Settings” tab and click on the re-authentication link and follow the process until you reach the “Complete Setup” button.

    Also, make sure you use the latest version 1.16.26 as the last version had issues with Dropbox.

    Alternatively, if that still does not work, download the backup files and upload them in the “Backup/Restore” tab. We have a step by step restoration guide here – https://updraftplus.com/faqs/restore-site-updraftplus/.
