 * I was excited to see an update, but I get the same error uploading to Dropbox,
   that the backup size does not match the upload:

 * The file on Dropbox is 2.0GB and stops in the middle of wp-content — it does 
   not include all the directories.

   willing to give us access to investigate this further? A few users have reported
   this but we are as yet unsure why the error is occurring.
 * If so, please email support [at] backwpup.com. We’d need a user with the BackWPup
   Admin role, and also FTP access.
