# Dropbox Errors

 * We backup our SQL DB hourly and use the dropbox option for storage.
 * It’s been working brilliantly for several weeks but today when it tries to transfer
   to dropbox there is a 500 API server error on Dropbox’s side.
 * I can see from the logs that we are connecting with the API ok but just get an
   error when trying to upload.
 * Anyone else having problems? May just be glitch on dropbox?

 * Ok, problem solved.
 * Logged into dropbox and it was asking me to verify my email address? Not sure
   why but it seems to have solved the problem.
