    When fixed widget, I click the dropdown “Country” of the Woof Widget
   => this dropdown overlap with the widget below.

 * It’s a CSS problem… This fancy dropdown has its own complex CSS which is conflicting

 * In your case I recommend to use standard browser dropdown, or change dropdown
   to something else (may be tag cloud). Also you can add categories to the filter
   widget – that will solve positioning trouble.
