   we like to have also the dropdown in order to hide the under chapters. It is 
   possible? it will arrive as a feature?

 * I am running Bravada as my theme and can not get the TOC to show up anywhere.
   I have tried several of the most popular plugins, including TOC Plus with no 
   success??
