 * Im using “Simple Catch” of Catch Themes Team and this plugin is kinda laying 
   over the menu. It gets behind.

 * just installed the theme on my testing server, but did not find any problem.

 * Also using WordPress 3.5.2 if that are relevant. Had same problem with 3.5.1 
   aswell.

 * Hi,
    it’s because of the z-index. You can fix this by adding a “Custom CSS”:
 *     ```
       .spreadshirt-menu {
       z-index: 999 !important
       }
       ```
   
 * or increase the value of z-index in your theme 🙂
