 * I’m having two CSS problems with the Responsive Menu. I was able to add a background
   image with CSS behind all the menus when hovering over them. But I can’t the
   same background image to appear when the menu element is active.
 * This works:
    li#rmp-menu-item-3536.languages.menu-item.menu-item-type-post_type.
   menu-item-object-page.rmp-menu-item.rmp-menu-top-level-item :hover { background-
   image:url([https://images.avivayunger.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Menu-hover-Background.svg](https://images.avivayunger.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Menu-hover-Background.svg))!
   important;
 * This doesn’t:
    li#rmp-menu-item-3536.languages.menu-item.menu-item-type-post_type.
   menu-item-object-page.rmp-menu-item.rmp-menu-top-level-item :active { background-
   image:url([https://images.avivayunger.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Menu-hover-Background.svg](https://images.avivayunger.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Menu-hover-Background.svg))!
   important;
 * Second, when going into the Shop dropdown menus, two of the background images
   quickly disappear when hovering over them. The CSS is identical to the other
   ones:
    – One of a Kind Artwork – Fabric Prints
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fdropdown-menu-issues-2%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * That email was pointless. I still have not had my problems addressed.

 * After My initial post regarding the problems I’m having with the plugin, I received
   an email request to provide login credentials, which I answered. Nothing in that
   email stated anything about it getting posted in the forum. Or a way to send
   them any other way.
 * It’s now been six days and 23 hours since I made the initial post about the problems
   and nothing has been done about it

 * Exactly _who made that request to you for login credentials_? Was it an email
   from someone supporting this plugin?

 * Honestly, I thought that email came from the plugin support people. It was right
   after I first posted.

 * Hi [@mvcs](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mvcs/),
 * We first replied you via our private support channel and just asked you to check
   for the order of the CSS code that you were using. And if you were not able to
   resolve the issue by your own only then you can share the login credentials(only
   if you want to). So that we can check why the code was not working on your website.
   And this whole conversation was done via our private forum only not on this forum.
 * We had and still have the genuine intentions to help you out with the issue you
   were experiencing.
 * Kind regards,
    Kriti
