Dropdown Selection Not Menu

    Morning
    I am looking to add a dropdown selection to a wordpress site to link a number of different Contact Form 7 forms I have. I want to add to add the dropdown in a page and not as a menu in the footer or header.

    For example, click the little arrow to the right of the selection box and see

    LINE 1 – BLANK
    LINE 2 – Contact Us
    LINE 3 – Subscribe to List
    LINE 4 – Request more details
    LINE 5 – Book a slot

    Any help would be really appreciated.
