Hi @nicolewattam
I hope you’re well today!
I checked the page and it’s not working on front-end due to asset (CSS) optimization. Specifically, it would mean that the CSS you added simply wasn’t “refreshed”/”reflected” inside optimized and cached CSS.
You can easily confirm that by visiting the page via this URL:
https://thewindowcentre.ca/window-and-door-quote-2/?no_optimize
This temporarily bypasses optimization done by Autoptimize plugin and you can see it’s working.
For a permanent solution, simply clear all Autoptimize cache (and any other cache you may have active on site/server – this is important) and it should start working fine then.
Best regards,
Adam
Thank you for your suggestion. After clearing the caches, it still wasn’t working, so we decided to remove the Autoptimize plugin altogether.
in case you’d want to be able to keep Autoptimize; this can also be fixed by simply reconfiguring the CSS optimization settings. Disable “also aggregate inline CSS” or “aggregate CSS” and you should be good to go 🙂
hope this helps,
frank
