 * Was notified that the dropdowns are not working on this form. I found a thread
   that gave me css to add, and that helped while in customizer, but not on the
   live site.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fdropdowns-not-working-3%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * Hi [@nicolewattam](https://wordpress.org/support/users/nicolewattam/)
 * I hope you’re well today!
 * I checked the page and it’s not working on front-end due to asset (CSS) optimization.
   Specifically, it would mean that the CSS you added simply wasn’t “refreshed”/”
   reflected” inside optimized and cached CSS.
 * You can easily confirm that by visiting the page via this URL:
 * [https://thewindowcentre.ca/window-and-door-quote-2/?no_optimize](https://thewindowcentre.ca/window-and-door-quote-2/?no_optimize)
 * This temporarily bypasses optimization done by Autoptimize plugin and you can
   see it’s working.
 * For a permanent solution, simply clear all Autoptimize cache (and any other cache
   you may have active on site/server – this is important) and it should start working
   fine then.
 * Best regards,
    Adam

 * Thank you for your suggestion. After clearing the caches, it still wasn’t working,
   so we decided to remove the Autoptimize plugin altogether.

 * in case you’d want to be able to keep Autoptimize; this can also be fixed by
   simply reconfiguring the CSS optimization settings. Disable “also aggregate inline
   CSS” or “aggregate CSS” and you should be good to go 🙂
 * hope this helps,
    frank
