 * Hi, I am going to duplicate my WordPress account because I am going to have it
   in another language. When I export my site, will all pages, settings, plugins,
   etc be exported?
 * I am going to keep the site I am exporting from. Will anything be deleted when
   I export?

   in the exported zip. The original site won’t be affected by export.
