 * I’d like to ask for your advice on whether or not the page ‘Cookie Policy’ is
   considered as duplicate content? What are your views on this?

 * Do you mean because it publishes the same content on every site? Perhaps so, 
   but I guess it’s only relevant if you’re trying to rank for ‘Cookie Policy’ which
   most people wouldn’t be.
 * If you’re concerned about it, I’d recommend changing the default wording to your
   own and/or using an SEO plugin to non-index the policy page.

 * Thank you for the speedy answer.
 * I believe I will have to tweak the wording slightly, so that it better fits how
   I wish to tell my audience about the use of plugins. The starting text you already
   provided are a good start as a template.
