# Duplicate entry errors

 * I’ve a WordPress Multisite with 5 sites. The site’s error.log file (below) is
   filling up regularly with “Duplicate entry” errors and I don’t know what is causing
   these.
 * Can any one advise what the problem is/may be?

 * Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one
   individually until you find the cause.
 * If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the default theme for your
   version of WordPress to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can 
   interfere like plugins).
