# Duplicate form initialisation

 * Hey there,
 * We have a 2 payment options and one of them is Square. On checkout page however,
   Square form has been initialised twice.

 * This happens on first page load only and will be gone after we choose Paypal 
   and back to Square. Happens if Square is the default payment option.

 * Was this ever resolved? I’m also having the same problem
 * Edit: After doing some testing with the plugins… it seems to be a conflict with
   the WooCommerce Extra Fees Plugin created by theDotStore. I deactivated that 
   plugin and the second credit card field went away.

 * We asked the original question poster to test with a default theme, etc, but 
   we didn’t get any response.
 * In your case, I am happy that you managed to find out a conflicting plugin!
