 * We are trying to have onboarding for multiple employees with the same projects.
   Is there a way to duplicate a project where we can utilize the same project “
   template” to create new projects for various employees?

   I am afraid
   that is not a possibility right now, you can not duplicate the projects as a 
   template, this will require creating a new project from scratch.Thanks
