    We often get the same reservation request coming through hours or even days after the user has made it. We have asked the customers if they’ve submitted a second (or third) time and they say they have not. It’s also not just the email request getting resent, but instead it’s a completely new reservation request, so when we go into the bookings it will show as a new pending reservation even though the original one has already been approved. I have tried myself to replicate the issue and cannot, both from desktop and mobile, but it continues to happen. There doesn’t seem to be any pattern. Has anyone else had this issue?

    After more in depth searching found several other threads with people having similar issues. Will update this post if the solutions listed in those thread work.

    Hi Russ,

    Did you figure out what was going on? We put out an update a little while back that should help to eliminate duplicate bookings even if someone refreshes the browser. So make sure you’re on the latest version of the plugin. If you’re still having issues, however, I’d strongly recommend just moving to using the page redirect, instead of the message, for when a booking is submitted.

    I was unaware of the update, however I did use the redirect and it seems to be working so far. I will update this thread if anything changes but for now I consider the issue resolved. Thanks!
