Duplicate reservations coming through

We often get the same reservation request coming through hours or even days after the user has made it. We have asked the customers if they’ve submitted a second (or third) time and they say they have not. It’s also not just the email request getting resent, but instead it’s a completely new reservation request, so when we go into the bookings it will show as a new pending reservation even though the original one has already been approved. I have tried myself to replicate the issue and cannot, both from desktop and mobile, but it continues to happen. There doesn’t seem to be any pattern. Has anyone else had this issue?
