# Duplicate Subscription

 * Hi,
    We have PMP running and love it. However, it is duplicating orders but not
   charging them twice.
 * Is it due to how we have stripe connected? or something else?

 * We recommend using the latest versions of Paid Memberships Pro and WordPress,
   so can you please update to Paid Memberships Pro 2.8.3, and WordPress 6.0.1, 
   and then let me know if this resolves the problem. Have you added two Stripe 
   webhooks? There may be a non-programming related reason for the duplicate charges(
   they’re going through the checkout process more than once because they’re getting
   an error).

 * All plugins are up to date.
 * There is only one stripe webhook however, we are getting a web hook error from
   stripe.

 * What is the error? Can you please update to Paid Memberships Pro 2.8.3, and WordPress
   6.0.1, and then let me know if this resolves the problem? If that doesn’t help,
   please setup [Stripe Connect](https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/gateway/stripe/setup/#connect),
   and let me know if that helps.
