# Duplicate subscriptions custom text

 * When dealing with duplicate subscriptions, the custom text is currently displayed
   on a blank page outside the website, deviating from the custom template applied
   to all other messages. Is there a way to ensure that the duplicate subscriptions
   custom text adheres to the same template?

 * Hio, thank you for reporting. Probably it’s an unwanted behavior, when the “error”
   is detected, it blocks the execution instead of proceed to show the message in
   the public page. I’ve reported to our devs for a fix.
