Do you have any other Google- related plugins active on your site? If so, you might want to deactivate each one until the second GA tag disappears. * If that doesn’t help, the best way to track down where that’s coming from would be to do a conflict test. So I don’t see the bounce rate issue anymore, however I do want to make sure there aren’t duplicate tag issues. * There are not any other GA plugins running on the site – at this time, our UA is only listed inside the WooCommerce GA integration plugin.
