I’ve tried the custom css code, I’ve cleaned everything reinstalled from scratch, removed all other plugins, but the menu buttons are always duplicated.

I don’t see a duplicated button in your website’s forum menu.

I figured out the problem. The duplicated menu were serialized into the database the first time it happened. I deleted the duplicates in the settings
