Duplicated Emails with Multivendor Plugin

    Hello,

    we have a multivendor store (DOKAN) and for some reasons, the plugin sends out duplicated emails when someone orders from multiple vendors they receive a review email from the individual order and then another review email for the entire order.

    Could you please advise?

    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    Our plugin supports sending review reminder per order so if the plugin Dokan create more orders like main order and suborders, the customer will receive the corresponding number of review reminders.

    In this case, you can turn off the Automatic Review Reminder option in Reviews > Settings > Review Reminder tab, then send the review reminders manually. Please read more on this solution How to Manually Send Review Reminders?
