1,5 month ago – and still not working?! I need to duplicate one collection 25 times, there no information on Your site this is not working! how am I supposed to duplicate the collection without having to upload images 25 times (the collection is 1222 photos)
Today I purchased 2 add-ons (import and download) to have complex plugin and the feature I was looking for most is not working. The download does not work either (IIt does not create zip file to download the collection)

Thanks for getting back to us. We are very sorry that it took us so long! As for the duplication issue we are still investigating this and will get back to you until next week!
Fo the issue about the add-ons, could you please write us an email to [email protected] with the explanation together with the “Debug Info” that you can copy / paste from picu > Settings > Debug Info.
Please be aware that the download ZIP will get generated, when you *send* the collection to the client, and not when your just save it as a draft. Could this be the problem?

I looked into this “bug” today, but couldn’t replicate it. Duplicating works for me every time.
@hernanfolmer: Do you get an error message, when you try to duplicate a collection?
