Duplicating Row Layout (Sorry Gutenberg issue)

    Nothing for you guys sorry posted in wrong area

    When trying to duplicate a ‘Row layout single column’ it duplicates but only allows movement upwards past other blocks. No option to be able to move down through other blocks.

    Everything on latest versions
