# Duplicating widgets

 * Hello there,
 * The other day, after I updated to 4.9 (I’m not sure whether that has anything
   to do with it), I created a navigation mechanism using three widgets arranged
   vertically.
    When I checked the page, I saw that the first two widgets had duplicated
   themselves. I don’t really know what to make of it. Thank you for your help!

 * Interesting… I’ve not heard of this before.
    Which plugin/widget are you using
   to the Widgets on Pages? Also, have you tried putting those widgets into a normal
   sidebar, to see if that also outputs the same?

 * Hi Todd
 * After receiving your reply, I saw the update to 1.4.0.
    I updated, re-uploaded
   the content and the problem had gone away. However, and I don’t know whether 
   this is related to the widgets, a significant gap has opened up between the Menu/
   Contact widget at the very top and the widgets below. Could this have occurred
   because of the number of widgets I’ve used on these specific pages?

 * Good to hear the original issue was fixed…Do you have a link I could check and
   I’d be happy to look into the margins.
