# Duplication – ERROR – Missing Slides

 * We are using Metaslider Premium v2.18.
 * Using the duplication-function for Slideshows, it doesn’t copy all slides, it
   is just showing 3 slides instead of 15 …
 * The screenshot-link tells the story, not all pictures were copied.

 * What am I doing wrong? This used to work.

 * This is export/import, not duplication. To duplicate a slideshow you click the
   button at the top of the toolbar.
 * You should have an error message about the images though in the area your screenshot
   scrolled past. What does it say there?
 * Also, other plugins could be causing issues so you should deactivate them to 
   rule out any interference.
 * (Note to moderators, these are free version features so even though the user 
   is using the premium version, I’m assuming this is within the scope of the forum
   rules)

 * Yes, like I noted, the export screenshot shows the files misssing
 * “You should have an error message about the images though in the area your screenshot
   scrolled past. What does it say there?”

 * Can you scroll up to the top of the page and take a screenshot? That’s where 
   the error messages would show.

   of view.
 * On this image, scroll up to see the relevant error message on the left (if any).
