# Duplicator Failed

 * Hello,
 * I was successfully able to duplicate my site and test it out on a sub directory
   test development site, both hosted on the same domain and server. However whenever
   I went to fully deployed the site to a new domain on a new Godaddy server, the
   duplication did not work successfully. The entire theme is broken and this is
   the error log I got.
 * Take note; the same installer and zip file worked successfully whenever I tested
   it on my development domain, but it doesn’t work whenever I go to deploy it to
   a client’s domain name.
 * SERIALIZATION ERRORS (3)
    Use the SQL below to display data that may have not
   been updated correctly during the serialization process. SELECT option_value,
   autoload FROM `wp_options` WHERE option_id = “155”; SELECT option_value, autoload
   FROM `wp_options` WHERE option_id = “323”; SELECT option_value, autoload FROM`
   wp_options` WHERE option_id = “344”;
 * Is this the reason why it broke my entire site?

 * You may just have to re-save your themes/plugins settings…

 * I got it to work by restoring my theme and plugin settings. However, the character’s
   are not encoding correctly. Whenever I tried the install the duplicated site 
   on my test server, it worked perfectly. However, when I tried to install it to
   a new hosted server, that’s when the characters started acting funky. I’ve tried
   all the listed help on the support forum for this plugin, but no luck yet.

 * If you want to submit a support ticket I could try your packages on my server
   as well and see if they work there (be sure to supply this forum link). Not 100%
   sure at this point…
