# Duplicator Plugin PHP zip Error

 * PHP Version [7.0.13-0ubuntu0.16.04.1] Pass
    Zip Archive Enabled Fail Safe Mode
   Off Pass Function file_get_contents Pass Function file_put_contents Pass Function
   mb_strlen Pass that is what the plugin is showing to me. I have checked the server
   and this is what I see. “Phar-based phar archives enabled Tar-based phar archives
   enabled ZIP-based phar archives enabled gzip compression enabled bzip2 compression
   enabled”
 * I don’t know what the problem is? any help, please. this is the first time using
   this plugin. Thank u in advance.
    I got a virtual server from jiffy box and configured
   it myself.

 * It is working now. Just had to install this
    “sudo apt-get install php7.0-zip”
   hope it helps someone. however, am using php7.0
