# Duplicator problem – Call to undefined function phpround()

 * I made a site archive and trying to make an overwrite on my virtual server, but
   installer returns error:
 * [PHP ERR][FATAL] MSG:Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function phpround() in/
   home/bitrix/www/installer.php:1043
   Stack trace:
 * **0 /home/bitrix/www/installer.php(198): DUPX_Bootstrap->readableByteSize()**
 * **1 /home/bitrix/www/installer.php(1274): DUPX_Bootstrap->run()**
 * **2 {main}**
 * thrown [CODE:1|FILE:/home/bitrix/www/installer.php|LINE:1043]
 * Im tried to make another archive and installer, but the error appears again. 
   How I can fix this issue?

 * Please make sure that your virtual server PHP version is the same as the source
   website PHP version and retry the installation?

 * Thanks but nothing changes. There is a PHP 7.3 is installed on the site’s hosting.
   In my virtual server there was PHP 7.4. I’d downgrade it to the 7.3 and made 
   an archive again, but the installer is still don’t want to work. the same error
   appears. what could it be?
