It seems that the postcode check does not work correctly. A Dutch postcode should be four numbers and two letters. There could be a space in between. But currently my WooCommerce thinks that four numbers is enough. Is this supposed to happen?

  • Hello,

Are you using an address verification plugin? I have tested this in a fresh WooCommerce installation and I could not reproduce the same issue – the postcode field allows numbers and two letters with space in between.

That said, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
