# Dynamic Forms

 * Hello. I want to create a form for an Insurance cost calculation. The form needs
   to be dynamically created. Example: When select a choice radio button other options
   will be displayed accordingly.
    I read the [post](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/dynamic-querying-or-filtering-of-database-extension-on-web-page-for-all?replies=4)
   someone asked the similar but I was a little confused. Would be possible to see
   an example of code?

 * The Contact Form DB plugin only deals with capturing submitted information. It
   has nothing to do with the presentation of a form on a web page. You question
   is better directed to the Contact Form 7 forum (assuming you are using that to
   create your form).
 * The post you cited as to do with interaction between CF7 and CF DB plugins where
   the form, when being submitted, can check the user’s inputs against information
   captured in the database. What you describe sound like it is purely how the form
   is presented in the web page.
