Dynamic Galleries Suddenly not working

This subsite is accessible only with a user id and password. I can provide those privately. This gallery has been working fine for about 18 months, now suddenly seems to have lost communication with Vimeo and won’t update. The cached videos are still there, but the galleries won’t refresh, and I can’t add any new dynamic galleries. Any help is greatly appreciated.
