 * I work on a group of websites making store locators for 100-350 separate locations
   in each program. We use Yoast Local SEO to manage all of the locations. The problem
   we have is with our Google API billing steadily creeping up. As we add more programs,
   that number continues to grow. Each of our location pages has a Google Map on
   it, so when visited, we get a view.
 * We want to keep a similar format, but I’m wondering if there is a way to get
   our views down. Unfortunately, Yoast does not support Place Mode with Maps, so
   that’s not an option unless we work outside Yoast.
 * So here’s my idea: instead of a map, we have a clickable area with something
   to the affect of ‘click here for directions’ that links to Google. The link format
   Google uses is [https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=location+address]
   and I want the back of the address (“location+address) to somehow be pulled from
   the location address on the page. I’m wanting to avoid manually generating a
   link for every location if at all possible.
 * If I can provide more information or you have other ideas that may work better,
   please let me know. Thanks in advance!

 * Hey [@captaingrrrrr](https://wordpress.org/support/users/captaingrrrrr/)!
 * A great question! While this doesn’t directly answer your question, have you
   considered free / open-source mapping alternatives like Leaflet and OpenStreetMaps?
   That should keep your costs down.
 * Warm regards!

 * [@mmediagroup](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mmediagroup/) we had talked
   about that, but the problem would be manually generating the location coordinates
   on the map. If there’s a way to integrate these into Yoast Local, we would absolutely
   be interested!
 * Thanks for the thought!
