    Is there a way to offer dynamic pricing for each membership category? For an association that charges member dues on the basis of annual revenues, or number of employees, how does one set the dynamic pricing for these? I was unable to find this in the support forums.

    I would also like to make some membership levels available only to members and other levels not allowed for members. Is there a way to do that?
