# Dynamic rules error

 * Hello,
   I have the pro version of your plugin and I am trying to create a specific
   Dynamic rule, it’s a Discount (Percentage). While the rule does indeed show the
   price with the new discount when I go to checkout or cart the subtotal displays
   the original price. Any ideas why this happens?

 * In our experience, this is almost always indicative of some kind of plugin conflict(
   with some other plugin that has price effects).
 * First of all, I’d suggest you try to deactivate all other site plugins to see
   if that resolves it.
 * Let me know if it does,
