 * If a user types in some text in an input field on my wordpress page, then clicks
   a button underneath (submit), how do I get some text this to automatically appear
   underneath and another input field to appear as well? Example…
 * “Insert text:”
    [Input Field 1] [Submit]
 * // then after the user hits submit, it looks like the following:
 * “Insert text:”
    [Text From User In First Field] “More text here” [Input Field
   2] [New Submit Button]
