If you don’t have the email of the participant then how will you provide the gift card to the participant?
If you want to provide the gift card in the form of printed paper then you can import those particular gift card coupons codes and provide to the participant.
If you want to send gift card to the participant email address then you can use offline gift card feature and send the gift card to the recipient email.

Thank you for the response!
We as the sponsor do not have access to all the emails since we have not collected them at any point. The host/organiser of the event will send out the email, on our behalf, as they have all the participants emails.
Is there a way for us to send the e-gift card to the organiser, so that he can forward it to approx 650 people?
I apologise if my original question was not clear enough and please let me know if it still doesn’t make sense.

Hello,
You can provide the gift card to the participants in two ways. If you want to provide the gift cards to the participants by email and organiser have the email contact of the participants.
1. You can get the email of the participants from the organiser and add the emails in the CSV with coupon details then import the CSV.
2. You can provide coupon details in the CSV to the organiser. Now organiser can add the email details in the CSV and import those coupon under the plugin settings.
We have the import feature in the pro plugin only.

There is one last thing I’d like to ask – do you think providing the organiser with a gift card coupon code instead would be a good option? This way they can share the same code with all the participants. This way no contact information is needed and it can be easily shared with anyone.

If you want to share the same coupon code with your all recipient then you can simply create WooCommerce default coupon under the ‘Marketing’ section and share the same coupon code with your all participants.
