 * Hi all,
 * My wordpress site is currently setting all new users Email Preferences to OFF.
   I want this to be ON meaning that both:
    “Accept to receive post or page notification
   emails” and “Accept to receive emails sent to multiple recipients (but still
   accept emails sent only to me)” should be checked.
 * Does anyone know why this is happening and/or where I can change this?
 * Thanks!

 * I don’t recall seeing this anywhere in WordPress Core. What plugins are you using?
