E-Mails coming with full HTML code in GMail

    Hello,
    I find this plugin very interesting.
    But I have a problem : all e-mails sent by it are sent in full HTML code, not understood by GMail.
    Here is the beginning of an e-mail :

    Could you tell me why it looks like this, and how to switch, if needed, to plain text ? It is hardly readable and of course, I may not send e-mails to my customers with such a content.
