Each Reference Gets Listed Four Times

    Hey, great plugin!

    I’m curious if you know why with each reference I make, it gets listed four times in the footnotes. For example, if I reference one study in the post, in the footnoes that reference will be list four times (1. 2. 3. 4.). Likewise, if I reference two studies, then I will have eight references listed, four of each.

    That sounds like it is likely a conflict with another plugin. Easy Footnotes works by attaching the footnotes below the post to the end of the_content. Something may be causing multiple causes to the_content on your site.

    Do you have a link you could share with the issue?

    Thanks for the quick response! I don’t have the page live yet because of the issues I’m having, so I don’t have a URL to share. I did notice that compared to other pages (where the plugin works great) the one having issues is doing this to the first footnote listed:

    span id=’easy-footnote-4′

    on pages where it works the first footnote looks like this:

    span id=’easy-footnote-1

    Does this shed light on anything?

    Found the conflict, it looks like the issue is with the Yet Another Related Posts Plugin
