easy video plugin mobile

    Dear Easy Video Plugin Team,

    I am using your plugin for my website and am a big fan due to its simple use and great functionality. One question regarding mobile devices though. The theme I work with for my site is responsive and should display the site well on mobile devices. It does more or less but the videos embedded with the easy video plugin do not show on mobile devices. Instead the shortcode is displayed ([evp_embed_video url=”http://localhost/wp-content/uploads/video.mp4″ class=”functional” poster=”http://localhost/wp-content/uploads/video_thumbnail.jpg”%5D) Is there a workaround on how I can make the plugin to work on mobile devices?

    Hi, That’s very strange. Please provide a link to the page in question so I can take a look. Does your theme use a different version of it on mobile devices?

    Hi I did have another look and I do have some videos now that work but many are not. As I am not sure yet if there might not be another plugin causing the problem. I would like to fix some things first and then get back to you if the issue prevails, then I can also send the link to the site. Since the site is passwordprotected would there be a way to send you a private message with the password?
