# Echo Shortlink

 * I want to display the short link within the template file.
    Is it possible to
   echo the short link like the permalink? `<?php the_permalink(); ?>`

   Shortify.
 * We have noted down your request and will be incorporated in one of the upcoming

 * Just want to update you that, if you use `<?php the_permalink(); ?>` and if the
   short link is available for that post, it will echo.
