Edit Buddypress authorisations

In Buddypress there is a simple check box to allow all members to create new groups. If not checked, only the administrator can create new groups.
I would like to only allow a specific secretarial role to create new groups. Is there some code (like manage_bp_groups_ or bp_manage_groups) that I can use for that purpose?
