Are you able to edit the coupon from the next screen, image reference below: * ![](https://i0.wp.com/snipboard.io/PgaG94.jpg?ssl=1) * If not, please share a screenshot of what you see on this screen? * As a first step, I’d suggest performing a conflict test to rule out any theme/ plugin conflicts that may be causing this behavior. * **How to perform a full conflict test:** - [Clear the site cache](https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-clear-your-browser-cache-in-all-major-browsers-fast-way/) - Temporarily switch your theme to [Storefront](https://www.woocommerce.com/storefront/) - Disable all plugins **except for WooCommerce** - Check to see if the option to edit the coupon is available. * If the issue is no longer present, it means there was a conflict, and you can reactivate the theme and plugins, one by one (gradually) until the cause of the issue is found. Because he returned the coupons menu to the previous position. Woocommerce > Coupons. * So, actually that been partially solved.
