# Edit exist field

 * Hi,
    I added some fields to the checkout (for ‘shipping phone number’).
 * Some users contacted me and ask to change the number to a different number – 
   but it is not possible.
 * Why is that and how can I fix it please?

 * The values of the custom fields added to the checkout and saved to the order 
   can be modified through the **Flexible Checkout Fields** metabox at the bottom
   of the **Order details** page:

 * If it is not visible there, please make sure you have ticked the **Flexible Checkout
   Fields** checkbox at **Screen options**:
