Edit Forms

Hi everyone, so I’m trying to create the different forms and I can’t seem to edit and/or customize them. Even when I create a new one, when I click on the plus button or the little pen tool to add fields, it just doesn’t work (nothing happens). Is this an issue that might be caused by something to do with my account? Because I tried editing a form on an other device and the same thing didn’t work. If you have a solution for my problem, I’d be really grateful!
