 * Yes, Smart Manager is WordPress multisite compatible! you can surely edit the
   WordPress users using Pro version of Smart Manager.
 * Also, just to update you that Smart Manager will let you manage only the users
   of the particular network site from the dashboard of which it is getting accessed.
